Absolutely amazing customer service! He showed us around the lot, listened to us about our project. Then provided knowledge about our concerns and offered multiple solutions to address them. We had the best experience with Veritas Stone in Hayden, ID. We came in looking for ideas and paver stones for a walkway project. My husband had no experience with laying a walkway (but is handy) so with LOTS of suggestions and guidance we were able to create the perfect project. The prices were comparable to other places but the customer service was unbeatable. I've been in the hardscape industry for a few years now and have been to nearly all the landscape and hardscape supply places  in the area and Veritas Stone stands out as my clear favorite. I cannot express how impressive my experience was with this company. It is under new ownership and Ethan was beyond patient as I selected product. He was also kind when I changed my mind several times. The large assortment of quality product was also great. I would highly recommend Veritas.
